Laser cladding repair process and system has been studied for upgrading conservative sleeving process for nuclear steam generator damaged tubes. Our laser cladding repair system consists of laser cladding head, wire feeder, gas supplier, laser beam delivery system, laser oscillation system and main control system. One of important characteristic of our laser cladding system is that damaged tube can be repaired by depositing molten metal using laser beam without sleeve installation process. Procedure qualification tests has been performed according to ASME Section IX and XI.
