Driving Directions

From Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD):

  • West on Interstate 90, exit Route 53 North.
  • Take Algonquin Road exit. Turn right at Algonquin Road head west.
  • Turn left at Meacham Road, 2 blocks to Thoreau Dr., then left.
  • Turn right into hotel and convention center complex.

From Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW):

  • Take 290 West, it merges with 53 north.
  • Take Algonquin Road exit. Turn right at Algonquin Road head west.
  • Turn left at Meacham Road, 2 blocks to Thoreau Dr., then left.
  • Turn right into hotel and convention center complex.

Taxi Service

If choosing to take a taxi from the airport to the Schaumburg Convention Center, please be sure to not take a “City” cab as the fare will be significantly higher. If you would like to pre-arrange travel to and from the airport please consider using American Taxi.

Rideshare Options

Ridesharing services like UBER and Lyft are available for pickup and drop off at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Please download the app on your smartphone and create an account prior to your flight.

VISA Application

We recommend all non-US participants apply for their visas at least 3 months before the conference. However, some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so you should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.
