LME Sponsorship Opportunities
Event Guide, Exclusive - $7,500
The LME Event Guide is a tool designed to help attendees navigate through the event. Special care is taken
to place all exhibitors contextually in their product categories to assure that attendees find the products and services they are looking for when they are looking for them.
Virtually all visitors will consult the Event Guide while they are traversing the halls of the convention
center, as it is a complete directory of laser technologies presented. After the event, gain added value for your company as a sponsor when attendees continue to use the Event Guide for
reference.
- Full page ad, located on the inside front cover.
- Company logo prominently placed on the front cover.
- Available to every event attendee at Registration and on displays at each entrance to the Event.
Show Bags, Exclusive - Sold Out!
Every event attendee will carry your logo imprinted on this specifically designed LME 2011 tote bag used and seen by
participants every day. After the event, gain added value for your company as a sponsor when attendees continue to use and carry these tote bags!
- Company name or logo, along with the event logo will appear on the show bags.
- Bags will be distributed to all attendees in the Registration Area and at Information Booths.
- Option to distribute additional bags at your booth.
Lanyards, Exclusive - Sold Out!
Every event attendee will receive a lanyard for their badge holder. Your company name/logo, along with the event logo, will be prominently displayed.
- Company name and logo, along with show logo, exclusively on LME's
official badge lanyards.
- Lanyards distributed to all attendees at Registration Area.

Laser Technology Showcase Theater, Exclusive - Sold
Out!
The show floor will be equipped with one theater area designed especially for the Laser Technology Showcase. Exhibitors will present slides and videos of their equipment and examples of parts manufacturing their equipment.
Exhibitors will discuss the advantages of their approach.
- Company logo on signage in and around the Laser Technology Showcase Theater.
- Company logo on Welcome Screen and shown between presentations at the theater.
- Opportunity to distribute company literature and/or a premium item at the theater.
- Recognition as exclusive theater sponsor in event marketing materials promoting the theater.
Afternoon Ice Cream Break, 2 Available - $5,000/each
Scoop out some fun with a mid-afternoon ice cream break between sessions. Your logo will be displayed at the distribution area located on the show floor.
Meter Boards, 4 Available - $3,000/each
Drive traffic to your booth by delivering your message to purchase-authorizing attendees walking into and through the exhibit hall. Your company's custom designed meter board will be placed in two areas; one in the front entrance/registration area and one strategically placed on the show floor.
- Each sponsorship incluses (1) meter board
- Meter Board Specs: 39" wide x 90" tall
- your company is responsible for creating artwork and submitting to LIA
- Identified as Meter Board Sponsor on all advertisements and promotional materials
Education Sessions, 7 Available - $1,500/each
Free 1 hour training sessions will be offered at no additional cost to all attendees

As an added sponsorship benefit, Sponsorship Plus is only available to LME 2012 sponsors. These packages will provide additional exposure during
LME.
Show Bag Inserts, Limited
Availability - $1,500
Every attendee receives a tote bag.
- Expand your exposure by inserting a
flyer, program announcement, job opportunity or other small promotional product into the event tote bag.
- All bag inserts must be pre-approved by LIA. The sponsor will be responsible for providing the necessary amount of items for each bag.
